„Food Fight“ – what would you eat when there’s no food left?

Pre/Post Show: Food Fight can be booked separately to a show. It can be done as a pre- or post-show activity.
During this Workshop Carina Zox takes the students through the themes of our newest play for high schools, “Food Fight”. An experience workshop facilitator and fantastic performer, Carina’s workshop is a great addition to visiting “Food Fight” with your class. While simple enough for younger teenagers “Food Fight” touches on many complex issues than can be delved into during the workshop.
We tailor the workshop fit the age group and English level of your class. Variable for all grades from 7 - 10.
Using theatre activities and games we explore themes such as
- environmental issues/climate change – cause and effect – what could the future hold for us?
- agriculture and food – what would you be prepared to eat to stay alive?
- food distribution – Fair and fairness / haves and have nots
- competition and corruption – acting out your own parallel to the production
- dystopian/utopian – what would your perfect world look like?
