Originally from Australia, Brea Robertson is a theatre performer, applied theatre practitioner and singer/songwriter. Graduating in 2012 from a double theatre major at Griffith University in Brisbane, Brea has spent the past 7 years working on various theatre and music projects internationally. Some of these projects include facilitating theatre workshops in women’s prisons in Australia, devising original performances for festivals such as FAST festival, Desert Harmony Festival and for the Australian Theatre for Young People, touring Europe as an independent singer/songwriter and working in central Australia to manage the development of an arts centre for Indigenous women.
Brea has lived in Berlin for three years now, mainly working as a theatre facilitator with organisations such as InterACT English and the TUSCH program, alongside travelling with her music. She is excited to get back on stage as a performer with Platypus Theatre.
